I’m newly diagnosed HEDS decided to start a Facebook page and support group. Both same name but different meaning.
Don’t think I have ever seen an adult coloring book. Where did you find it? I would love to find one here in the states. I don’t do much of anything except some paint by number. I don’t do too much with my hands because of pain. But since getting my ring splints they help.
